The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed traditional workplace structures, enabling organizations to adopt remote and hybrid work models. Remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, cloud computing systems, project management tools, and collaborative software, have become essential components of modern organizational operations. This study examines the relationship between remote work technologies and employee productivity. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and analysis of organizational practices, the research explores how technological adoption influences employee performance, communication, collaboration, job satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The findings indicate that effective implementation of remote work technologies significantly enhances productivity by improving flexibility, reducing commuting time, and facilitating real-time collaboration. However, challenges such as digital fatigue, cybersecurity concerns, and communication barriers may negatively affect performance if not properly managed. The study concludes with recommendations for organizations seeking to maximize productivity through strategic technology deployment and employee support initiatives.
