The Journal of Business Management and Technology Advancement (JBMTA) invites authors to submit original and high-quality manuscripts for consideration. All submissions must strictly follow the journal’s formatting and referencing requirements, including the MLA (Modern Language Association) citation style.

Submission Method

• Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via email.

File Format

• Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
• PDF files are not accepted for initial submission.

Manuscript Structure

Authors must prepare manuscripts in the following order:

• Title of the Paper
• Author(s) Information (Name, Affiliation, Email)
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (4–6 keywords)
• Introduction
• Literature Review
• Methodology
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion
• References (MLA Style)

MLA Referencing Style Requirements

All manuscripts must follow the MLA (9th Edition) referencing style.

In-text Citations

• Use author-page format: (Smith 25)
• For multiple authors: (Smith and John 45)

Works Cited Page Rules

• Must appear at the end of the manuscript.
• Entries must be arranged alphabetically by author’s last name.
• Use hanging indentation for each reference.
• Only sources cited in the text should appear in the Works Cited list.

Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 12 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Page Numbers: Bottom center or bottom right

Originality Requirement

• Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.

Ethical Compliance

Authors must ensure:

• Proper citation of all sources.
• No data fabrication or manipulation.
• Full disclosure of conflicts of interest (if any).
