The Journal of Business Management and Technology Advancement is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and accountable editorial process. The journal welcomes complaints and appeals from authors, reviewers, readers, and other stakeholders regarding editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, or journal management. All complaints and appeals are handled objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Editorial Office with sufficient supporting information. The journal will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, conduct an impartial assessment, and, where necessary, seek additional information from the parties involved. Every effort will be made to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
Authors who believe that an editorial decision was made in error may submit a formal appeal with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. Appeals will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an independent Editorial Board member who was not involved in the original decision. Additional peer review may be sought where appropriate before a final decision is reached.
The journal investigates all complaints and appeals confidentially and without bias. Where procedural errors or ethical concerns are identified, appropriate corrective actions will be taken in accordance with COPE and ICMJE guidance. The decision reached after completion of the review process shall be considered final.
