Technology adoption has become a central component of organizational transformation in the twenty-first century. Organizations increasingly implement digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, collaboration platforms, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. While technological innovations provide substantial organizational benefits, their influence on employee workplace satisfaction remains a critical area of investigation. This study explores the relationship between technology adoption and workplace satisfaction, focusing on factors such as employee productivity, work-life balance, job engagement, communication effectiveness, and organizational support. Through a comprehensive review of contemporary literature and organizational practices, the research identifies both positive and negative impacts of technology adoption on employee experiences. Findings suggest that successful technology adoption enhances workplace satisfaction when accompanied by adequate training, employee involvement, leadership support, and user-friendly systems. Conversely, poorly managed digital transformation initiatives may lead to employee stress, resistance, and reduced job satisfaction. The study concludes with recommendations for organizations seeking to maximize employee satisfaction through strategic technology implementation.
