Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies in modern organizations, significantly reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM). AI-powered tools are increasingly utilized in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee performance evaluation, workforce planning, learning and development, and employee engagement. This study explores the role of AI in HRM, examining its benefits, challenges, ethical concerns, and future prospects. A conceptual research approach is employed using secondary data from academic literature, industry reports, and organizational case studies. The findings indicate that AI enhances operational efficiency, reduces recruitment bias, improves decision-making, and supports personalized employee experiences. However, concerns related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, and workforce displacement remain significant challenges. The study concludes that successful AI adoption in HRM requires a balanced approach combining technological innovation with ethical governance and human oversight.
