The rapid evolution of digital technologies, globalization, and changing customer expectations have created an increasingly volatile and competitive business environment. In response, organizations are adopting business agility as a strategic capability to adapt quickly to market changes, innovate continuously, and sustain competitive advantage. Business agility refers to an organization’s ability to sense environmental changes, respond rapidly, and effectively reconfigure resources, processes, and strategies. This study examines the concept of business agility in the digital era, exploring its drivers, dimensions, technological enablers, organizational implications, challenges, and future trends. The findings suggest that digitally agile organizations demonstrate superior innovation, resilience, customer responsiveness, and operational performance. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), and automation play a critical role in fostering agility. However, cultural resistance, leadership challenges, skills shortages, and governance complexities remain significant barriers. The study concludes that business agility is a fundamental requirement for organizational success in the digital age.
