Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed recruitment and talent acquisition processes across industries. Organizations increasingly utilize digital recruitment tools, artificial intelligence (AI), social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and predictive analytics to identify, attract, and retain qualified talent. This study explores contemporary digital recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, examines their effectiveness, and analyzes challenges associated with technology-driven hiring practices. Using a comprehensive review of existing literature and industry trends, the research highlights how digital transformation enhances recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and organizational competitiveness. Findings indicate that organizations implementing integrated digital recruitment strategies achieve faster hiring cycles, improved candidate quality, and reduced recruitment costs. However, concerns regarding algorithmic bias, data privacy, and technological dependence remain significant challenges. The study provides recommendations for organizations seeking to optimize talent acquisition through digital innovation.
