Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has transformed traditional logistics and supply chain management practices worldwide. The increasing demand for fast deliveries, real-time tracking, and seamless customer experiences has compelled organizations to adopt advanced technologies and innovative logistics strategies. This study examines the relationship between e-commerce expansion and supply chain management efficiency. It explores key components including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, last-mile delivery, and digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Big Data Analytics. Using a comprehensive literature review and conceptual analysis, the research identifies challenges and opportunities associated with e-commerce logistics. Findings suggest that organizations leveraging digital supply chain technologies achieve greater operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage. The study contributes to understanding modern logistics ecosystems and provides recommendations for sustainable and resilient supply chain management.
