Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed organizational structures, work processes, and employee experiences. Technology-driven organizations rely heavily on innovation, automation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital collaboration platforms to maintain competitiveness. While technology improves productivity and operational efficiency, it also introduces challenges related to employee motivation, communication, work-life balance, and engagement. Employee engagement remains a critical determinant of organizational success, influencing productivity, retention, innovation, and overall business performance. This study examines the factors affecting employee engagement in technology-driven organizations and explores strategies for enhancing engagement in digital workplaces. A conceptual framework integrating technological infrastructure, leadership support, organizational culture, digital communication, and employee well-being is proposed. The findings suggest that organizations achieving a balance between technological advancement and human-centered management practices experience higher levels of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
