Abstract

Workforce diversity has become a strategic imperative for organizations operating in a globalized and digitally connected environment. Modern organizations employ individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, generational, educational, and professional backgrounds, making diversity management a crucial component of organizational success. Simultaneously, digital platforms have transformed workplace interactions, communication, collaboration, and talent management processes. Digital technologies such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud-based collaboration tools, and workforce analytics enable organizations to manage diversity more effectively while promoting inclusion and equity. This study explores the role of digital platforms in managing workforce diversity, examines their benefits and challenges, and proposes a framework for leveraging technology to foster inclusive workplaces. The findings suggest that organizations integrating diversity management strategies with digital technologies experience improved employee engagement, innovation, collaboration, and organizational performance.
