Digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for organizations operating in increasingly competitive and technology-driven environments. However, successful digital transformation requires more than the adoption of digital technologies; it necessitates organizational readiness, leadership commitment, process innovation, workforce capabilities, and a culture that embraces continuous change. Digital maturity refers to the extent to which organizations effectively integrate digital technologies into their operations, strategies, and value creation processes. Measuring digital maturity enables organizations to assess their current capabilities, identify gaps, benchmark performance, and develop strategic roadmaps for transformation. This study explores the concept of digital maturity, reviews existing maturity models, examines key dimensions of digital maturity assessment, and proposes a comprehensive framework for measuring organizational digital maturity. The findings suggest that digital maturity significantly influences operational efficiency, innovation, customer experience, and competitive advantage. The article concludes that systematic measurement of digital maturity is essential for sustainable organizational growth in the digital economy.
