Digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for organizations operating in increasingly dynamic and technology-driven environments. The rapid adoption of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and automation has significantly altered organizational structures, processes, and cultures. Consequently, organizations must effectively manage change to ensure successful digital transformation initiatives. This study examines the role of Organizational Change Management (OCM) in digital environments, focusing on strategies, challenges, and outcomes associated with digital transformation. A quantitative research approach was employed using survey data collected from 350 managers, IT professionals, and organizational leaders across multiple industries. The findings reveal that effective change management practices positively influence employee engagement, technology adoption, organizational agility, and overall business performance. The study highlights the importance of leadership commitment, communication, employee participation, and continuous learning in facilitating successful digital change initiatives. Recommendations are provided to assist organizations in navigating digital transformation while minimizing resistance and maximizing organizational performance.
